To strengthen Boys & Girls Clubs across North Carolina so that every Club can fulfill its promise to the young people it serves.
The Alliance Behind the Clubs.
We are the statewide membership association for Boys & Girls Clubs across North Carolina—not a Club ourselves, but the infrastructure that helps Clubs do their work better. We support Club CEOs, program directors, and boards through direct assistance, peer learning, advocacy, and connections to the national BGCA network.
What Makes the Alliance Different?
While most people experience Boys & Girls Clubs at the local level, the Alliance works behind the scenes to make those Clubs more effective. We focus on what's specific to North Carolina—the policy climate in Raleigh, the challenges facing NC Club staff, and the funding landscape in our state. We work to fill the gaps and amplify the shared mission.
