North Carolina Needs Club Kids. Club Kids Need You.

We work with Boys & Girls Clubs across North Carolina — connecting organizations, building capacity, and opening doors for young people in every community.

Who We Are

The statewide network behind North Carolina's Boys & Girls Clubs.

Across North Carolina, Boys & Girls Clubs open their doors every day to young people who need a safe place to learn and grow. We work to make sure those Clubs have the support they need to thrive.

What We Do?

Supporting Clubs. Elevating the Work.

We provide statewide leadership and hands-on support in four key areas.

Advocacy: We represent Boys & Girls Clubs at the state level—championing funding, policy, partnerships, and public awareness that benefit youth across North Carolina.

Capacity Building: We help Club leaders build stronger organizations through training, technical assistance, and shared resources.

Networking: We connect NC Clubs to each other and to partners and resources, so no Club has to figure it out alone.

Recognition: We celebrate excellence through statewide awards that honor outstanding Clubs, staff, and youth.

Opportunities: We provide statewide opportunities for youth & teens to develop skills, learn, and grow.
